Making a phone call to J.R. LeFaivre Construction Company, Inc. starts you on the path to completing your project by an experienced industry professional. We will listen to your preliminary ideas, and schedule an appointment with one of our consultants to meet you on the project site.

During this phase, one of our Project Consultants will meet with you at the project site to discuss feasibility, design, and the investment range for the project. This is when we listen to your needs while we discuss and envision the functionality and aesthetics of your project.

With this next phase we will provide you with a project price range that reflects the range of cost for the full project. This is based on our on-site consultation, your needs, and our professional interpretation of the most valuable and durable production methods.

Once the investment range is agreed upon by all the contracting parties, the next phase is to design your vision. Our Project Consultant and our Designer will come and measure your home. Our Project Consultant will assist you with your options on the most valuable way to design and complete your project. You will meet weekly or bi-weekly with our Design Consultant or Project Consultant to refine and improve your vision. The first set of documents provided in this agreement are conceptual designs including floor plans, 3-D views, and associated elevations. Upon completion of this phase you will be provided with a full set of construction drawings. Design fees vary based on the scope of work.

After a design has been approved, you will select the products and materials for your project with the help of your Project Consultant. Your Design Consultant and Project Consultant will work diligently and creatively to keep your design, selections, and scope of work within your investment range and you will be notified when your selections are outside of your investment range. Once you have approved your selections and any modifications to your design, a final price will be available for your review.

Upon the signing of a construction contract, we will acquire all building permits and meet or exceed all county and state obligations. Our production operation and schedule will be provided prior to the start of construction, and any questions or concerns will be addressed by phone, email, or site visit.

Our Production Manager and our Lead Carpenter will be responsible for scheduling trades and material deliveries as well as quality assurance when construction has begun.
